Responses to “Ten Plagues Defined by Adventism”
You Never Prove Anything
Are you talking about the seven last plagues? Ex-Adventists never just go away; they have something to prove, but they never prove anything. They have their ideas and philosophies.

Response: Did you watch the video? The question of “which plagues” is clear in the podcast. I challenge you to watch the whole thing. You may understand then what this podcast is addressing.
Issues with Your Jewelry
Did you leave Seventh-day Adventism because of issues with your jewelry?

Response from a viewer: It’s so sad how Satan distracts us from salvation by issues of our freedom in Christ.
Response from the editor: Jewelry is not worth risking eternity for the privilege of wearing it. The Lord Jesus and His finished atonement are worth all the loss of leaving Adventism. Staying in Adventism would have meant betraying the Lord Jesus who died to save me.
No Trance Needed
Every Adventist watching this message of absolute truth should be extremely thankful for this greater light that lights every person that lives on this planet. Thanks, Colleen, for your expression of truth —and you didn’t need a trance or a vision to do it.

Changing Hearts One Verse At a Time
Thank you for thoughtful and insightful tribute to Pastor John MacArthur. I never knew about the connection you and Richard had with him. I, too, had the privilege of hearing him speak in person many years ago at my former Calvary Chapel church. At the time, many Calvary Chapels kept their distance from him because his theology didn’t quite align with theirs—imagine that!
I purchased a cassette of his sermon that day, but sadly, I lost it over the years. Even more disappointing, my church eventually stopped offering it due to the controversy it stirred. I wish I could find a copy now.
All that to say, I’m also deeply grateful for Pastor MacArthur’s faithful teaching, his books, and his sermons available for free online. He will be missed, but the Word of God he so faithfully preached will continue to change hearts—one verse at a time.
